Welcome to Toronto Ride

Toronto Ride is a partnership of fourteen not-for-profit neighbourhood-based community support service agencies that provide assisted transportation to the frail elderly and adults with disabilities in Toronto.

The goal of Toronto Ride is to help our clients continue to live independently in the community by providing transportation to their healthcare and other appointments.

Toronto Ride partner agencies have professional trained drivers who provide personalized door-to-door assisted rides for the frail elderly and disabled adults who are unable to use public transportation services.  The partnership shares its resources and expertise in order to maximize the number of rides for our clients.

Many of the agencies also provide a range of other services including home-care and meals-on-wheels.   Each of the partners has its own service area and are contacted directly for ride appointments.  A list of the partner agencies can be found under Resources.
